and President of Halter Marine, Inc.. He was also Chief Operating Officer
of Friede Goldman Halter, Inc (NYSE-FGH). He rose from the
Engineering ranks with Engineering and Management experience at
Brown and Root, Inc, Ship operations management at Gulf Fleet, and
Director of Engineering and Design at Trinity Marine Group
TAI has a commercial contractor's licence, is listed on the GSA
Schedule and is also 8a certified. TAI is a also a prime contractor on
NAVSEA's SEAPORT-E Program
